魁省移民局会议纪要
1)Opening date could be the earliest at the beginning of October 2014 and BIQ accept files at least up to end of February 2015.
2)Files to be submitted would have to be COMPLETE DOCUMENTED FILES.
3)A Formula (to be defined by MICC ) will be implemented to give PRIORITY processing of these files versus the existing pipeline.
加拿大魁北克投资移民申请2014年底重开
1.魁省投资移民申请开始受理时间将推迟到今年10月初；
2.今年不再采用抽签的方式，而是改由各基金公司分配年度配额以提高文件质量；
3.所有申请要求全套文件；
4.申请文件要求递交到加拿大蒙特利尔的魁北克移民局办公室；
5.申请费只接收受银行汇票；
6：这些案子当中有些案子有可能会被优先处理。
