希腊移民最新消息解读 中英文对照版

瑞鸿移民了解到希腊内政部总书记 ( Greek General Secretary of Ministry of Interiors ) Mr. Angelos Syrigos昨天宣佈的政策改动，具体变得内容如下：

 

-Parents of investors will also be eligible for the RP

主申请人的父母能够得到居留身份

- they will remove the restriction of getting greek nationality by applying for Rp as it exists today. This means that under certain conditions RP holders will also be able to get Greek Passport.

申请人可以利用投资25万房产得到的居留身份居住在希腊，若居留期达到法定的年期，申请人可以入藉。

- they will change the title of RP into 'investor Permanent Residence Permit'‎ as it is permanent as long as investor holds the property.

这投资移民政策的名字会改成“investor Permanent Residence Permit“，申请人要是持有房产他就可以永久得到居留权。

- another addition will be for RP owners: Ownership can be transferred and new owner will get the RP. Previous owner looses RP

持有房产能达到居留身份，将房产售给新买家以后，第三国的新买家也可以得到居留身份。换言之，这永久居留许可是可以转移的。

The program will be promoted as 'golden visa program'.

黄金签证政策将会是今后对外的宣传名称。

The above mentioned changes will be voted by Greek Government till the end of 2014. They are not yet valid.

 

Today it was also clarified:

以下为几点对现有政策的澄清。

- that for children of investors they are fully eligble to the RP till the age of 21 and then they can get 3years renewable visas ‎.

申请人的子女年纪不大于21岁可以申请3年有效的可续签证。

- No need anymore for medical examination on RP application.

申请居留不用体检。

-No need for valid visa on RP application

申请时不需要有效入境签证。

- From May the RP will be issued as ID card style.

2015年5月以后，永久居民会得到居留卡，而不是现在有的护照贴签。

It's worth mentioning that ‎436 RP have been issued in Greece by September,119 RP from China.

自9月起，全球于希腊申请了436个永久居留许可，其中119个从中国申请。
